- Any item purchased from ccpremium.us can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, except for Final Sale item.
- To return an item or request a refund, please
- Email your purchase receipt email or your order number to eric@ccprem.com.
- CC Premium will provide a postage-paid return shipping label and initiate your refund. Refunds are generally processed back into the buyer's account within 7 business days of request depending on payment method.
- For any Final Sale item, please email eric@ccprem.com to have the request reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
